small bathtub electricity issue

the location was good, close to the beaches and shops.

the room felt outdated and not well-kept. the electricity kept turning off and on , even after maintenance tried to fix it. the bathtub was small and hard to get into, very inconvenient.

friendly staff breakfast selection clean rooms many stairs small gym early noise

i found the staff to be friendly . the breakfast buffet included a wide selection. it had both thai and western options. the rooms were clean upon arrival. i stayed in a room on one of the higher floors.

the hotel has a lot of stairs, though buggies are available. these can be slow during peak times. the gym is rather small, with limited equipment.

The breakfast venue had a super view, so much air and space. i ate asian style curry there. It was awesome!!! the staff saw to our every need. the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's rest.

faulty air conditioning malfunctioning tv

The room was spacious and clean. I will give them that.

i found a concerning lack of attention to detail. the air conditioning did not work properly, made the room very uncomfortable at night. additionally, the tv frequently malfunctioned, disrupting any attempts to relax. these issues significantly detracted from the stay.

breakfast variety food quality tv issue many steps

the buffet for breakfast had a lot of variety and the food quality was good.

Getting the tv fixed was difficult. No one seemed to understand the issue, and despite the staff being friendly, the lack of understanding was frustrating. it took four days. beautiful pools exist but there were so many steps. i had heart issues.
